Order Cancellation and Cancellation Policy

At Zota Jewel, we understand that circumstances may arise when you need to cancel an order. You have the option to cancel an order within 48 hours of placing it. If you choose to cancel the order before the product is shipped, you are entitled to a 100% refund. However, please be aware that a cancellation fee may apply if the cancellation occurs after the product has been shipped.

Order Cancellation by Zota Jewel

Zota Jewel reserves the right to cancel certain orders under unavoidable circumstances. This may include limitations on the quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or concerns identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional information for verification purposes before accepting an order. Rest assured, we will keep you informed of the actions taken in response to such situations. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to serving you efficiently.

Return & Refund Policy

Return & Refund:

We want your experience with Zota Jewel to be exceptional, and we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged product or if the seal is open, you are eligible for returns and a 100% refund. In such cases, please ensure that the product is returned within 3 days of delivery.

Defective Products:

For any defective product received upon delivery, we require image verification. If you identify a defect or damage, please contact our customer care with pictures of the issue. Our team will assist you in addressing the matter.

Video Confirmation:

To avoid any disputes during the return process, it is mandatory for every customer to record the product's delivery in a video.

Incorrect or Changed Product:

If you receive an incorrect or changed product, you must provide the video recorded during delivery promptly.

Refund Procedure:

Refunds will be issued in the form of a money back to the payment mode/account used during the transaction. This process may take 2-3 working days after a quality check of the returned product.

Non-Eligible Products for Return & Replacement:

The following products are not eligible for return or replacement under our policy:

A) Products showing physical damage to the box or product

B) Used products

C) Products not in their original condition

D) Products returned without the certificate, invoice, original retail box, and all other items included with the packaging and accessories at the time of delivery.

G) Products made under personalized orders

H) Solitaire items cannot be returned or replaced

I) Gold and silver items are only eligible for buyback at the current market price.

How to Process a Return:

1. Select the item in your order that you want to return.

2. Prepare your jewelry in the original packing material along with the certificate.

3. Keep an acknowledgment of the return (pickup receipt on paper, a photo of the tracking number, or SMS confirmation of pickup).

4. Once we receive the product at our warehouse and perform a quality check, your refund will be processed to your Zota Jewel account within 2-3 working days.

Exchange Policy:

We offer an exchange policy for all purchases made from Zota Jewel within India. Products, along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged based on their current market value, with deductions for making charges and a processing fee of Rs.500. If your purchase included a discount or free gift, the original discount amount or the value of the free gift will be deducted, as applicable. You also have the option to return the free gift.

The exchanged product's value, after deductions for making charges and discounts, will be credited to your Zota Jewel account. This credit is valid for 365 days and can be used to purchase anything on our website, excluding Coins and Solitaires. Please note that this credit cannot be converted into cash.

Buyback Policy:

If you choose to return a product for buyback, the buy-back value will be transferred to you via online bank transfer within 10 days of receiving the product. Please note that jewelry showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Zota Jewel will not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to adjust the Exchange and Buy-Back amount based on our quality inspection.

Incorrect Product Received:

If you receive the incorrect product and report the issue within 3 days of receiving it, we will refund 100% of the product cost. We strongly advise against accepting the incorrect product in this case. Zota Jewel will cover the return shipping cost for any incorrect product delivered, in addition to providing a complete refund.

Return Process & Payment:

- Please do not accept delivery if the seal is broken.

- For all other products, we will refund 100% of the product cost for customers who have availed of our free shipping facility. For customers who have not availed of the free shipping facility, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the product cost, and the remainder will be refunded.

- The refund will be processed using the same mode of payment used during checkout. In the case of cash on delivery, the refund will be transferred to the customer's bank account.

- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the goods.


Zota Jewel reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this User Agreement without prior notice. We encourage you to review the agreement on our website. If you do not find the agreement feasible, you may discontinue using our services. However, if you continue to use the service, you will be considered to have agreed and accepted the modified terms and conditions.

Resizing and Repairing Policy:

1. If additional material is added during resizing or repair, it will be chargeable.

2. Zota Jewel will not be responsible for any existing jewelry damage during resizing or repair.

3. Resized or repaired products are not refundable.

4. The resizing and repairing policy does not include remaking the jewelry.
